Question upper rear shock mount

Howdy,
Anyone know a salvage yard where I might find this for my 93 ranger 2WD? - upper rear shock mount & the nut on stud-passenger side. The stud was stripped when I tried to replace the shock. Lotsa fun! The dealer tells me I would have to buy the subframe- $1500 to get just the mount.

Thanks

Try rethreading the stud to the next size smaller or from metric to sae. That would be a lot easier than drilling out the frame rivets and bolting a new bracket in place. The nut on the stud only gets removed a couple times during the life of a truck and does not really hold any serious load. Use loctite when you put the nut on.
