No start, No crank.

No start, No crank.
I have a 1996 f250 with the 351w. I drove it to store about 5 min away and it
was fine. Now when i try to start it the fuel pump kicks on and dash lights
come on, but does not crank. It doesn't click like a normal bad battery,just kind
of like one click,thud. I tried to jump start it but it did not work.Could it be
starter or the selenoid? I used a screwdriver to touch the two post on the
selenoid on the passagner fenderwall, it sparks, not sure if that helps or not!
