It looks like the easiest way is to remove (move) the fuel rail to get access to the COP. Then after that just remove the retainer bolt/nut pull out the old COP and replace with the new COP and reattach.
Is that pretty much what it takes? I am guessing the two back by the firewall are rather difficult to get to; are there any tricks or tips that can be offered up?

After looking a little further, probably don't need to remove the fuel rail. Probably won't hurt to remove some air intake just to get a little more room, but it looks like 7 of the 8 should be pretty easy (and the dealership replace number 4 which looks like the hard one).
Sorry to waste space and time, but I think I am ready to tackle this project.
the front 2-3 on the passenger side, you just remove the 7 mm head bolt, wire harness and pull the coil out. The rear two might help to push a few things out of the way first. No, you don't remove the fuel rail.. On the drivers side, you need to remove the bracket holding the steering pump canister to get access below...As on the passenger side, the back one or two are a little tighter.
Thanks Steve. Saturday I replace 1, 2, 3, 5. and 7. Dealership replaced 4 and 6 in the last two weeks, so I decided to replace the rest of them. Prior to doing 8 I took it for a 10 mile test drive to see how I did on the 5 I replace. I threw a code and took it to have it read, came up misfire on 4. So I will take it back Monday and let them fix that one. I was glad none of mine through a code.
All in all these are pretty easy. Probably took me about 15 minutes each, had to take time and survey each individual situation!
