What does everyone think about converting a1993 E-350 Van to 4 wheel drive?

But really they are awesome, if I ever get rid of my F350 I'll be buying a new E350 van and converting it to 4x4. Stay away from Quigley they are overpriced and have horrible ride. From what I've read and seen this guy has the BEST conversion out there.
