55 Pickup cruise control ??
I just bought a 55 ford pick up and noticed it had cruise control on it. I was wanting to know if this was a factory options or was it put in as an after thought. The switch on the column looks like it belongs. Thanks

I'm pretty sure ford didn't put cruise control on ford pickups till the 80's. Post some pics of the lever and linkage under the hood. It might of been a dealer option, or it could of been swapped from a early ford too. I'd have to look in a few books to be certain. -4speed
