pulsating Cruise Control...???
I just got my bronco running good (spout connector loose). I also hooked up the cruise throttle cable to the intake so I could try it out(never worked before- kept blowing fuses..either horn or cruise) Well it turned out to be the horn, so i replaced the fuse but never tried the cruise.
Anyway, on the way home the other morning i put her in cruise at 55mph. It was cruisin at 55, then dropped to 52 and back up...constantly. So i shut it off.
any ideas?

What DW said. The booster used to control the cable for the cruise is probably losing air, so it gets to speed, loses air and drops speed then trys to compensate. If its only dropping about 3mph, then its a small leak, but it will eventually go out completely. Now if its the hose, no biggie, just replace it. prolly cost about 2 bucks. Nice to have cheap fixes.
