Shortly after buying this auto I noticed a vibration between 45 and 50 mph. It is a vibration that you would feel on a partially paved road prior to putting the smooth coat on.
At 875 miles I took it to the original dealer and it was road tested and the service rep said there was a problem in the drive line. Because of the holidays (July 4th) coming up we decided it was best for me to return home (125 miles) and have it checked by the local ford dealer. I took the vehicle in to them on July 7th and it has been there since. I have been told that the wheels have been balanced, the front end alignment was ok. The transmission has been rulel out along with the drive shaft, universals and rear end. They are now suspecting the engine or engine mounts. It has now been in the shop 19 days and qualifies to be considered under the Florida Lemon Law.
Any advice, similar probems advice, etc will be appreciated.

i would persue the lemon law becuase i had a problem with my brand new 03 eddie bauer and i got ford to replace it before i took them to court. get in touch with the state rep for ford and tell him that they can either buy back the car or u will take them to court which u will win. that is what i did and they bought back my car and i got a brand new one they dont wanna goto court because it looks bad for them
well they way i found it was i got involved with the ownership of the dealership where i purchased the vehicle and demanded some phone numbers. i also had a friend of mine who is a lawyer contact the dealership on my behalf. u can also try calling for customer service and talking to them it is good to start a case report through them as well because it is a seprate computer system that is in detroit. if you wanna talk to me via email send it to drummer793(No Email Addresses In Posts!)
If you decide not to pursue the lemon law, make them replace the tires with another brand. I had this problem and they went through everything but nothing fixed it until they got those crappy Continental tires off the vehicle. Michelin's did the job.
