wierd radio problems
hey guys, first post on here. I've been looking all over google, as well as many different forums. I have a 2001 F150 5.4 2WD. When I bought the truck the radio was not working, the truck was running rough, and the check engine light was on. I did a tune up, and disconnected my battery for 15 minutes. Presto, the radio was functional. So, a couple days pass, and the radio doesn't work. I disconnect the battery, and start the truck, but the radio doesn't work. However, I don't even know how I stumbled across this, if I disconnect the battery, and turn the key to accessory, the radio works. When I start the truck the radio stops working, try the radio on accessory again and it doesn't work, until I disconnect the battery and set the key to accessory again. any help is greatly appreciated.
