I had something similar happen 2 weeks ago. Got in truck went about quarter mile and got low fuel pressure warning, turned around pulled in driveway fuel all over. While waiting for rollback I checked fuel filter, the front line was on and secure before I checked other line rollback pulled in, loaded truck and left. Dealer called shortly and asked who changed fuel filter that the fuel line wasn't on properly. I told service rep that I changed it over 1 year ago and put about 4000 miles on it and it was done properly,I guess it was just one of those things. Is there any way one of these lines could come loose?Truck is a 2011 dually with 12340 miles
Wonder if this is starting to be a problem. My truck had low fuel pressure do to the upstream T fitting from the one thats on the secondary fuel filter. Had changed the filter and it just started leaking. Not sure why and i was never told if it cracked or the o-ring blew out. It was fixed under warranty and they replaced the whole line.
