Help decideing new tool

I will be making a tool for getting out the slotted big head screws on our trucks. My plan is to weld a lug wrench pry end for those drum screws and hinge screws slots. The question is would welding it in a socket be better so it may be used with an air impact or making a t bar style to get leverage where air is not available?

I'll be darned, I have one of those that was in a toolbox I inherited! I've always wondered what it was made for. I did use it on my drag link, should have known!

I have used a tire iron, adjustable wrench, 3# hammer takes 3 hands that was on the screws on my 46' 1 1/2 ton brake drums

Thats why i was thinking T bar 1 man hammering 1 man twisting. I tried heat, hammering, and hand impact with skinny bit
