Is there anyone who can give me a sanity-check on what I think these switch terminals are for? I'm not savvy in schematics and the ones I found are real hard for me to read.
1 - Parking Lights
2 - I'm not sure - There's a "B" partially hidden by the Rheostat Connection. Is this 12V and is it Switched or Constant ?
3 - Would this go to the "Batt" terminal on the Dimmer Switch to power the Lights ?
4 - Tail Lights ? Also connected to the Rheostat to power the Instrument Lights ?
5 - 12V Switched or Constant ?
6 - Gauge Lamps
As always, any corrections or additional info is appreciated.

1 - Parking Lights Correct
2 - I'm not sure - There's a "B" partially hidden by the Rheostat Connection. Is this 12V and is it Switched or Constant ? Constant power from circuit breaker. Should be fused.
3 - Would this go to the "Batt" terminal on the Dimmer Switch to power the Lights ? Correct
4 - Tail Lights ? Also connected to the Rheostat to power the Instrument Lights ? Correct
5 - 12V Switched or Constant ? Constant power from the other circuit breaker. Should be fused.
6 - Gauge Lamps Correct
As always, any corrections or additional info is appreciated.
I don't think you want to fuse the headlights or running lights. A circuit breaker will reset after a momentary short, a fuse can't. Losing your headlights can be "exciting" to say the least.

IMO any short that would pop the fuse would continually break the breaker after it reset.
