Rear brakes burning?
So I've had a rear wheel seal leak on my f150 for a while and just haven't gotten to messing with it. I've never had any real problems with it other than it leaking that is until today when I arrived at school I realized my brake was burning on the same side.
So I haven't pulled the wheel yet or the drum, but I'm just wondering what I may be in for. Anyone have any ideas what the problem may be?

Like was said above, just replace it all. Its not a big expenditure, and it sucks to do the job just to tear it down again because you didn't do shoes, or an old spring is not working correctly. Also, I recommend taking some emory cloth to the drum just to make sure there is no grease residue. Not to scare you, but that wheel seal can cause serious problems. The truck that is my avatar, slammed into a blazer at 45. leaking wheel seal+'ill get around to it= bad. Please fix that asap. and until you do, be safe
