I'm glad to see that you installed the RH windshield wiper arm/blade. That could have been the cause of a citation in some parts......
Do the windshield washers work?
what is the little attachment on the top/end of the front bumper - is that a wildlife whistle of some kind or an extra blinker light?

Thanks and the original windshield washer system was missing so I replaced it with an electric unit, and those attachments on the bumper are eyelet hooks that were probably used with a latter rack of some kind because there were holes in the bed rales.
