removing rust from frame
Ive got a 1989 ford f150. I just purchased a needle scaler to remove all the rust from my frame. I haven't started yet, because im not quite sure how to proceed after. Ive looked all over the internet and heard many things about rustoleum, por-15, and many more. my question is what has worked for long periods of time, if not permanently, for getting rid of and keeping rust away on frames? please tell me what you used and the process of using it.
P.S. I do live in indiana, so it snows every year and dealing with that is a factor, i.e. the salt and moisture.
