Sticking Throttle
I have a 2001 Ford Escape V6 4.6L and have an issue with the throttle or maybe even the accelerator sticking. It only happens when driving. When I take my foot off of the accelerator anticipating a stop, the throttle does not release immediately, even when I press on the brake it takes 2-3 seconds for it to kick down. Could this be from the TPS or a sticking accelerator pedal?
