Belt issue?

I think I know the answer but thought to check with the knowledgeable here. Had a no start crank. All numbers on scan gauge ruled out oil pressure and FICM. Batteries not putting out enough so I put the on a charger for three hours, then got a good start. Decided to check alternator and got 12.25!reading. Not good but reved up to 2000 tons and got 14.45. I'm guessing slipping belt unless you guys have another scenario.

Have your batteries load tested and change your alternator. Replace the belt while your at it. You could have the old alternator tested too but if it's stock I would just replace it.

I don't think you have a belt slipping issue. More an alternator issue.
