Welcome to the forum! The cabs and doors will be the same for all the series of trucks. In your case, 53-55 will interchange. Interior, window parts, door latches, etc., will all be the same. Hoods will be the same. The tricky part will be fenders, where there's different wheel opening sizes to watch out for, but they will all physically fit.

thanks for the info. I'm from Colorado. Mead, CO little farming community about 45 miles north of Denver. I'll get some photos. The F500 was one of our old farm trucks. She has no bed on it, but she's gonna get a complete makeover and a new flatbed. Thanks for the info. again
