Air Conditioning and Temp Guage Dead

2006 F150 King Ranch. My Air Conditioning no longer blows cold air. Additionally, the Temp Guage is pegged dead left. No movement at all even at normal operating temp. I've had the dealer replace 2 sensors and a wiring asy (XL3Z-14A411-AA). I still have the same problem. No cold air and the guage is still pegged dead left. Anyone have any solutions? HELP!!

You should have paid the dealer to DIAGNOSE to problem first. If you tell them to just replace a part, that's all they're going to do, whether or not if fixes the concern.

Sorry to mislead...The dealer made the diagnosis and after they had made all the repairs, it still isn't working. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and what the solution ended up being. Any help is appreciated.

If you paid them for not diagnosing and fixing it, go stand on the service manager's desk until they get it right.

Undoubtedly you have two separate issues. The dealer service department is supposed to have the equipment and training to effectively diagnose and repair anything.

Ford corporate service has a social presence here. Contact their representative, if you need to. User name Ford Service, I think.
