93 Ford Ranger
Hi all!! Names Backlog over 60yrs -I live east of Tampa, Florida. Close to Plant City. I own a 1995 Ford F-150 4X4 manual locking hubs and yes the stock hubs I took off and threw in the trash and installed Warns with 385,000 miles on it! My neighbor is having problem with his 1993 Ford Ranger and asked me If I had any ideas about the malfuntion on his truck. (Note: Have to tow it to scan) too tell you the truth, have never heard of the problems he is having but told him what I would do. First off It Idles all day long just fine,no misses,no back fires etc-put it in Drive and it looses power to go anywhere. He dropped the fuel tank, cleaned it, verified fuel pump operation but flow pressure I am not sure of I asked already. Timing is perfect checked plugs and general tune up stuff-Have a few ideas but would like to hear yours too any one ever have this problem and it turned out too be the Torch converter??? pardon my spelling.
