Cab vents and sub box question

Hey guys. Picked up a sub box for my truck it takes up the whole area behind the seat of my 06 cc f350. When The seats are up the vents pop out of the back of the cab. I know it's not a great idea to remove them and cover the holes but what options are there? I can't have them sticking out of the cab. Any suggestions? Different style vent?

I ended up doing just that. Sealing up the vents as a quick solution to finish the project. Pain with doors shutting and windows up. Cab got quieter which is nice. Blower reduces a little with windows up if not in recirc. Always planned to fix. 3 years now...

The box is 3/4 Mdf I cut a square in the back 1/2" deep to give space for the vents

I have a 2006 F250 extended cab & wanting to replace factory speakers in all 4 doors. What is the size of the factory speakers? I installed a custom center console with 10'' Rockford Fosgates & wanting to upgrade the factory.
