HID Question

07 f250.......Ok so if someone could give me some info on this I could see a little better at night. I bought a set of HID's on ebay. I Cant seem to figure them out. The low beams work but when I turn to high beams they shut off. And they are dual low/high lights. Has anyone experienced this where they had to switch the OEM wires or something. Any feedback would be appreciated.

If it's a high/low kit, it will have a high/low controller. Your original headlight plug will plug in directly to it and the hid wire harness will plug into your new hid bulbs.
