Anyone know where to find these at for a '82 F150? LMC only offers them in F100 or F250 no 150. Same as NPD they only offer it in F100 or F250. I am looking on Ebay right now with not much luck.
Really need to track down where to get them as my passengerside one I noticed is missing. Must have fell off with these rough roads we have here.
Unless you are wanting brand spanking new ones how about looking for them at a pick n pull type wrecking yard?
I was looking at new cause I haven't found anything that really reattaches the emblems to the truck without them falling off again at a later date.
I did how ever found some used ones on ebay for $10 I might just get that one. The other four I found had the locating pins removed which does nothing for me.
What is the part number on Dennis Carpenter`s website because I looked last night and looked again just now and they have no F150 emblems for anything other than the '80 to '81 style and then post '86 style.
I also hit up ebay and did a E2TZ 16720 C search last night and couldn't find anything but doing a search for '84 through '86 found me hits for used ones which I was thinking of doing instead since I couldn't find new ones.
I am even trying to find a B5A 1102 C and cant find that as I did brakes on my other car and found the rear bearing race spun and you can spin it by hand. No one has one not even ebay unless you buy used.
Good luck finding what you need. I just replaced two defective emblems on my '07 F150 - the blue oval on the grill, and the F150 Triton on the left fender. Bad year for emblems. I got excellent replacements on eBay for good prices. As everyone probably knows, reasonably priced emblems are often chiseled off of JY vehicles, which is why there are no posts on the back.
I've used Strong Stik on a lot of things, and it works perfectly here. It's like very thick toothpaste - just takes a few small blobs. Hold the emblem in place with tape, and it dries in a short while. Home Depot, etc. for about $5.

Thanks for the reply I was wondering how exactly I could attach a used one and not have to worry about it falling off like this one did.
I really would like to find out the part number for all those supposedly new ones that Dennis Carpenter has. If they are not too pricy I will buy four of them two to put on now and two to put on after I repaint the truck in the future.
Thanks for the link. I looked and looked on Dennis's website did even a search and all I could find was F100 and F250 not the F150. Not too badly priced I think I will order two as the other one seems a little loose and will probably fall off if I order just one. Going to look weird having a new emblem on the truck with the worn look of the truck but oh well.
4x4man514, I might still have those 4x4 emblems. Then again, I might have sold them. I'll take a look at my parts collection on Wednesday, and see if they're still around.
I am even trying to find a B5A 1102 C(1955/56 Ford/Thunderbird fronthub & drum) and can't find that as I did brakes on my other car and found the rear bearing race spun and you can spin it by hand.
No one has one (wanna bet?) not even ebay unless you buy used.

Thanks, I called all those numbers with no luck but I did discover that was the wrong number for the 4x4 portion of the emblem. The actual part number I need is E3TZ-9840282A . I've searched but with no luck yet. Maybe somebody knows something I'm missing?
