Side Mirror Running Lights??

Side Mirror Running Lights??
When the headlights are ON in a 2009 F350 SDC is there suppose to be a amber "running light" ON in each of the side mirrors?? The turn signal bulbs work fine but it looks like there is suppose to be something else there.

On my mirrors the lower bulb is a running light and the upper is the indicator.
