How do I remove a dash pad?

How do I remove a dash pad?
I might have a line on a 68 parts truck with a nice dash pad. How do I get it out? What's involved in removal? Does the cluster and glove box have to come out? I think it's got a radio and speaker if that makes a difference.

You are in luck, I just took one off my '67 a few days ago. I had to take out the glove box and the instrument cluster. Then there are quite a few nuts that have to be unscrewed, and it should pop right off. Some of the nuts are slightly difficult to access, but it didn't take me more than 10 minutes.

yes you need to remove the instrument cluster and glove box then you can see most of the nuts.. there are 2 on the ends that are hard to find but you can feel them with your hands to see where they are

The very ends mounts are a little harder to keep a wrench on. I think the nuts were 3/8".
I used a nut driver and 1/4" socket set on the ends as is back spacing is close working area.
