Update: The mechanic called and is still trouble shooting. He did say that he pulled a code for injector module? He is going to see if possibly i pulled a wire or something from the injector module?

Newest update. The mechanic pulled the IDM and it was full of water. He put the new one in and it seems to run fine. My concern is that the Service Engine Light is still on. I dont think he had time to reset it. I tried to clear the light by disconnecting the battery cables and touching them together with the key on and headlights on. I would like to drive it but i am concerned that the SEL is from something else? I am ordering AE today in order to re scan and clear the code. Do you think in the meantime that it would be safe to drive? Thanks again for all of your help.

IDM Troubles

So i got the truck back from the mechanic and the service engine light was still on. He said he didnt reset it. I bought AE ford enhanced to clear the code. The truck starts and runs but it seems sluggish and missing something. The light is still on and i get P1316 at startup of AE. When i run AE KOEO i get P0605, P1268, P1271, P1277 ( High to low side short, and High to low side open). When i run CCT i get P0266, P0269, P0284. When i pin test the IDM harness i get around 1.6Ohms on the left bank power feed to injector and i get around 4.5 ohms on all the right bank power feed to injectors. I get the same numbers when i test the I and C pins on the valve cover gaskets. I get open on the left and right power feed to IDM ground and injector ground. I have ordered new UVCH to install this next weekend. What should my next step after that be? I read that UVCH for the injectors should be between2-5 Ohms? I would really appreciate any suggestions i could get because i am quickly running out of funds and my wife wants her car back.

I just borrowed a better multimeter and did the UVCH test from the 42 pin connector and got the following Ohms on the drivers side injector bank #2-4.4 Ohms,#4- 4.6 Ohms ,#6-4.4 Ohms, and #8 was 3.0 Ohms. On the passenger side i had #1- 7.5 Ohms, #3 -8.5 Ohms, #5-7.5 Ohms .#7 had no continuity at all i guess an open circuit? Does this sound like an UVCH issue? I have new UVCH coming tomorrow and hopefully this will fix it. Has anyone ever had a problem similar to this?
