restoring 1953

I am restoring a 1953 Ford F100 pickup in my garage. I want to use the original seat but need some springs repaired. I live in Hoschton GA. Anybody know anyplace that can help?

Do you mean the zig zag springs? Can they be welded? I found some old zig zag springs in a junkyard for my seat. Haven't done it yet but that is my plan, to either replace my broken ones or weld the ones from the junk yard to the broken ones. I can't help you with anyone in GA.

seat for truck

Thanks for idea. I am going to order a roll of zig zag spring material. Not sure if I should bend it or heat and bend it to fit. Was thinking of making a gig because I have about ten to replace. I not schooled on how to bend spring steel but I do have 40 years of being a machinist.
