This belongs in the "Who's wife loves em?" thread.

Fordman, what did you take that V8 emblem off of. I want to use some older V8 pieces on my retirement project and I think that would look good on a dentside hood. Thanx in advance. A muddy wife makes for a dirty woman and we all need a dirty woman at some point in time. LOL

last week I managed to score a perfect bench seat for my 77 out of a 93 F150 super cab. seat was even the right color..I also grabbed a woodgrain glovebox cover, a door lock rod for the pass. side(mine was missing), a transmission cooler, and a coolant/windshield washer tank(out of another 93 f150) - anyone know if the rear supercab bench seat out of a 93 will fit a 77 dent? the seat in mine is, eh. ok but that 93 had a perfect seat.

I went again and found an 87 F350 box truck with a 460/C6 today, I managed to score a steering wheel, C6 kickdown rod(also missing from my truck), some nice mirrors, matching black auto trans shifter, and turn signal stick, an 80-86 HVAC control panel front, the gearshift pointer that goes on the steering column, a couple side marker lights off of an econoline, and that darned water pump pulley I was looking everywhere for...and while writing this, I just remembered that I forgot to get the transmission dipstick, and tube off of that F350 for my truck..

seeing that F350 made me feel sad.. it was an '87.. and was in VERY good shape..the interior was perfect..no AZ sun damage like I usually see..I would've ripped the box off and stuck a pickup bed on it.
