I don't know what is a rear door light switch. Do you mean a trigger for the interior lights?

I also don't know what you are indicating with the red mark on the driver seat.

How about some telescoping tow mirrors? 03 07 Ford Econoline E Series E150 E250 Extendable Manual Tow Mirrors LH RH | eBay Also available with powered mirror control and mirror heaters.

These are not my items for sale. Just pointing out possible sources.

Hi Tabija,
saw your message related to the econoline trucks.
I bought an E350 (Winnabago) recently and had some strange "jungle trips" into the wiring chaos lately. Do you have any good sources for wiring diagrams of the E350 with 7,3 PSD? I bought some books in the net but was rather dispointed by the content.

If you'd list the year of your van finding an EVTM which is the factory printed manual for all electrical schematics easily found and purchased quite reasonably price through eBay.

Hi there,
thank you very much for the fast feedback.
That did the trick. I didn't know the term "EVTM". (I am Germany ;-)

The truck is a 1994 E350 transfered into a Winnabago mobil home with 7,3 ltr Diesel.
I found this on ebay "http://www.ebay.com/itm/1994-FORD-ECONOLINE-VAN-E-150-250-350-ELECTRICAL-WIRING-EVTM-SERVICE-SHOP-MANUAL-/381178985195?vxp=mtr&hash=item58c009baebWhould that be the right thing?

I converted my van to power windows with this universal kit: JOM - Elektrischer Fensterheber-Nachrüstkit, 2- türig - 7108
There's enough room behind the door panel for the window motor. You just need to add a relay with a switched hot and always hot, otherwise you'll have the switches illuminated all the time. I can send you a write up in German if you want. Haven't made pics, but have to open the passenger door panel anyway sometime soon to change the door lock actuator.
The power locks are also universal stuff.
Seats is not as easy since there's the seat belt tensioner mounted to the stock seats and this throws a code in the airbag system when you remove it. I thought of new seats myself, but went with new seat covers instead.

Talking about parts, do you happen to have 1 or 2 of the original "dog dish" style steel hubcaps for the stock steel wheels ?

the write up will be a good idea, cause lots of specific technical words are still unknown for me

i got 4 of them, but all needed.

what will happen when it will throw a code in the airbag system? i wanted to replace them cause they are weak...

Ich such seit Ewigkeiten Ersatz für eine fehlende und eine verbeulte Radkappe. Ich steh auf die Dinger

The code in the airbag system means the airbag idiot light in the cockpit lights up and the airbags do not work anymore, so no more funny balloons in front of your face when you hit the wall and more important, no TÜV next time.

That would be a great addition to your library of repair manuals Jan-Peter. Its very fairly priced so I'd buy it quickly.

If the seller won't sell or ship to Germany please privately message me and I could buy and send it to you for just the cost of the transactions.

We might discuss the hubcap / wheel thingy via PN

The seat belt latches and tensioner are directly mounted to the seat itself, not the seatbase, so changing the seat to anything else than a Ford seat might be mission impossible. Maybe some Mustang seats will fit.

write me an whats app if you want: 01732096300

i removed my seats before. the latches were mounted to the seat but the tensioner is not. have a look

so i think i could install a different seat an find a solution for the belt latches. may fix it on the seat base?

the following photo shows my idea of comfort. i stuffed the whole car with these anti vibration matresses (correct word?) to make it quiet while driving. the noise level decreases enorm. later will post a picture of my roof. installed maybe 40 of them ^^ also using fleece.

the dark spray is some wax against rust.

the cable is for an actual mercedes backview camera in the numberplate tray.

it takes some weekends but now all doors, the roof, and the floor under the seats is isolated.

I'll put this stuff: Isolation für Wohnmobil und Caravan Kautschuk 19 mm AF-XG19E-A. 6 m² Dämmplatte | eBay
on the front floor, walls and under the headliner. The cargo floor will be herculined and get a wooden floor and the sides also get plywood decking. I also have 2 sliding windows out of a Defender to add in the rear panels.
The stock insulation under the front rubber mat stores water and leads to rust damage.
I'll get in touch with you later this week, I have to give a Raptor a run for his money for a TV show tomorrow
