HELP engine swap
ok guys need some help ive done some research and i cant find any answers so hear is the deal i agreed to help a friend without knowing what i got myself into he has a 2000 ford f250,super cab,8 ft box,5.2 liter hie engine sized up so he got a line on a used engine with low miles the engine came out of a 2002 ford f150 its a 4.6 liter every thing was going good everything seems to fit from his 5.4 to the new 4.6 ac,power steering,alternater,ect...but hear is the problem the moter mounts from the 5.4 aren't compatible with new 4.6 and the mounts for the 4.6 aren't compatible with the truck he was told that all he has to do is go get some mounts made from a fab shop but i told him i really dont think it is going to work is it possable to make this work ? also he is planing to use the same transmission from his 5.4 on the 4.6
