What would you do?

I'm buying a company with:

'99 silverado 1500
4x4 5.3 extended cab short bed
Auto. 410s z71
240k miles (I've driven this the last 7 years, it's beautiful beater)

'07 Dodge 2500
mega cab 4x4 last year 5.9 cummins
Auto. Floating rear short bed
120k miles. (Nice truck but lotsa $$$ to drive everyday)

I also have my signature truck

I do not need three trucks I only will use one as my daily driver
and the other For employee managed deliveries and inventory shuffling

The purse is gunna be tighter than Snow White until I see how the books are filling out. I've thought about waiting a little while and tradeing the ford and chevy in and buying new/er xl model 1/2ton with an auto trans for the guys who can't drive. I know I don't have all the answers or know all the variables but what are your thoughts?

If I were in your position it would have to boil down to dollars and cents. Which truck costs less to maintain and operate, reliability. Sounds like the chevy with 240k could cost you a bunch of money at a moments notice.

Just my 2 cents.

I agree with Todd. That Chevy is used up and sounds like it could be a liability, even if you refer to it as a "beautiful beater". The other trucks are also 3/4 tons and are capable of more. For those reasons, I would ditch the Chevy.
On the other hand, the Dodge will be worth a LOT more money than the Chevy. And you could use whatever money you get out of that to either be ready to fix whatever happens to the other trucks, or sell along with another truck to buy a truck that *might* be better.
Personally. I would get rid of the Dodge and Chevy, as they will probably be worth more than you're DD (and you also know more about your DD than the other trucks, maintenance wise, I would imagine). And I would buy a new model XL F150 so you at least get a warranty.
