Having seats recovered

I am having my front driver seat, passenger seat and arm rest recovered. I called a few local shops and they said that there "supplier" doesn't carry the dark parchment anymore. So I called theseatshop.com and ordered from them. If you order before the end of March they are giving a discount on full rows of seat covers. I got my front row plus delivery for $777.17. Just wanted to pass this on for anyone thinking of redoing there seats. I had gotten quotes of $1,300-$1500 to redo the seats locally.

I know they offer the 2nd row. Their prices are higher on the website, so you have to call for the discount.

Thanks, I used them years ago for my 02' excursion. I remember him giving me a better price than listed on the 2 front bottoms.

Wife owns a large decorating company, so I used her head upholsterer too do the job. Took him less than an hour per side, hog pins take a little time if you don't have the correct tool... Keep in mind he a professional, may take you twice as long. I was watching and noticed it was straight forward nothing complicated.

I'm a little surprised they weren't stitched by Nicaraguan virgins and treated with the finest filtered 4-yr old's years during installation...

I'm having a local shop install them for $125 per seat. I redid the seats in my Landcruiser from another companies replacement covers a few years ago and it was not fun. So this time going to leave it to the professionals. Having it done Monday so I will post before and after pics.

Did this include the armrest also? Are you changing the foam also?

I had a local shop here replace the drivers seat cover with one I picked up on line all leather and correct color EB. they removed all 3 rows and carpet in no time. I had the carpet cleaned and dynamat on the floor and they installed heat elements in all three rows. With the wiring for all three rows they were done in less than 8 hrs. I think for a professional it shouldnt be that bad.
