2005 Ford Excursion 6.0 Code P0402

Diesel Guy's I need your opinion or advice. I have a 2005 ford excursion 6.0. I have owned it for one year, there has been alot of upgrades done to this truck. When I first bought it my check engine light came on with a p0402 code. Took it to ford and they replaced the egr valve, 5 months after this the light and code returned this time we were told it was the maf sensor. We replaced it but the light and code still came on. Now ford says it's my aftermarket intake. Please don't be rude. I am reaching for help before I buy a stock intake for my truck. Thanks in advance for any help. The upgrades are Egr cooler, oil cooler, afe aftermarket intake, arp headstuds, and I run an edge programmer. Help me get rid of this code, please

If you are using an oiled intake filter, you dont mention brand, this could be oiling up your MAF sensor and causing your issue.

try cleaning MAF, MAP, MAP tube, IAT2, EBP, EBP tube and then run a relearn procedure. You might as well pull the EGR valave clean it too. Then run the relearn to save a step. EGR very well could be failed again and they dont want to warrenty it?
