2005 F250 PSD Alignment issue?

I've seen this topic come up a few times but I have not found the answer that is applicable to my situation.

I'm the original owner. I have had some sort of alignment issue since new. My current symptoms are:

- wearing of outer passenger front tire.
- drift to the right. Have to hold the wheel at 11 o'clock to keep staight.

Maintenance performed:
- new upper/lower ball joints, tie rods, drag link 25K ago. (motorcraft parts)

I bought lifetime alignment from Firestone. I went in over the weekend. They performed alignment check but found it basically within spec. They also looked for an worn components. None found. Both front tire were down a few lbs.(65Psi). I rotate and re-balance every 4K. Tires have about 6K on them (Michelin LTX M/S 2). I also have dual steering stabilizers installed. Any recommendations of where to look or adjust that could be causing this continuing issue? Thanks in advance for y'alls help.

What does "basically within specs" mean? It either is or isn't in specs.
