A neighbor down the road has this old pickup just sitting there looking like it wants to be rebuilt. I would love to buy it and bring the old feller back to life. I think it has ben sitting for 10 years now .
So I ask the ford Guru's , what year might this be?

yup. if i ever got hold of one of them again, the first thing i would do to it is drop a tweaked powerstroke in it.
a friend in Staten Island has a highly modified 56 with an even higher modified stroke in it. full blown drag race truck, and it is just barely street legal.
he built it about 10 years ago over a winter layoff because he was bored and had a wrecked 97 pickup. he has rite around $30 grand into it
