I did a search and came up with Nothing.

Was black offered all 6 years or was it limited to just the earlier years?

Black interiors were only offered from 1980 - 1983.

It seems only certain models could have black interior in 1981. Here's part of a 1981 Ford Truck brochure I have. Perhaps it was only the "Heavy Duty Black Vinyl" that was not available on these?
