I have a 1983 Ford F250 ...... and I am in California so it has all the emissions crap on it .... The stock Holley 4180c took a crap .... beyond rebuild .... there is a crack in the rear meetering block so fuel leaks out and the fuel rail is dented as well. Doubt a typical rebuild could fix this problem.
Any ideas on what I can do to get er running again without spraying fuel everywhere? A rebuilt carb of this type is super expensive ..... Can't find a used one at my local pic n pull either. I would like to pickup a used one somewhere that is in ok running condition .... I can do a standard rebuild to it myself,
Here's a couple of places in Ca that say they have one. I plugged in Ca emissions and a automatic tranny.
