ok so I'm part way through my rebuild and have a bit of an issue. I installed the sonnax one piece rear case bushing, and I used the sonnax tool to install it. the problem is the output shaft is very tight with it now. has anyone else used the sonnax bushing and had this problem?
I can turn it by hand, but it is tough to turn. when installing the shaft it feels real good until it gets to the forward half of the bushing, this is where it gets tight. should I take it out and use the OE style bushings? or do you think it will be fine?
I should also note that although it is tight, its very smooth as well and doesn't seem to be binding. it was also pretty tough installing so I hope I wont have to remove it as I don't expect it to come back out too easy.
