Triangulated 4 link questions

I am almost done with the crown vic conversion on my 53. So I'm moving on to the rear was going to use a 8.8 out of an explorer. I'm looking for advise on what spring rate to go with on coilovers ,I'm going with a triangulated 4 link, I have read to angle them again I need advise on what degree? I have a all steel f100 with a early 90s 5.0. It will be used to just cruise. Probably won't ever haul anything but a cooler.

Thanks in advance John

I designed a triangulated 4-link and had the components built to spec by Jason Thorbecke at Suicide Doors. They build suspensions for mini trucks mostly but can build you anything you want if you send them the specs. Here is a drawing of my setup, it uses airbags but you could just as easily substitute coilovers. The spring rate should match the rear weight of the truck. Check with TCI or one of the other suspension vendors and see what they use on their F100 setups.
