Reverse Lights
I have a little issue with my reverse lights. It's as simple as when I shift to reverse, the lights don't come on. Any ideas are appreciated.

Reverse Lights
Which Truck again?

78 or 79

The combination neutral start/Backup light switch.
is located on the side of the transmission.
They go bad from oil,grease,road grime.

I usually clean them with Lacquer thinner, then blow it out with air.

It's a '78 auto.

Reverse Lights
I grew up with and learned how to drive in a '68 F-100 3-on-the-tree and it had the same reverse light issue.

Franklin, every time I go to that main site it asks me to download
it.
I don't see a way to just view the topic without downloading it.

Mil1ion,

If you have a download accelerator (ie gator and such), that is most likely your problem. I can see the page fine without it asking me to download it.
