i already plan to plate the frame and put a new rear axle in the truck what else would i need?
i beams?

stuff like that if anyone can help me id very much appreciate it!! thanks!!!
To be blunt, you need to sell that F150 and buy an F250 or F350.
Since you are a commercial operator, you would be more susceptible to a vehicle inspection after an accident. Your truck had a GVWR listed for it, and if you exceed that, even with modifications, it could increase your liability.
Axles, tires, brakes etc won't strengthen the frame. And they will not change the GVWR listed on the truck.
Load that half ton heavy and it will break spindles and wheel bearings and even wheels, don't ask how long it took me to learn.
Get a truck that is meant to do what you need done, F350 with a flat bed dump would be my choice.
These guys are telling you the truth. You cannot make a 1/2 ton truck into a 3/4 ton truck for even close to reasonable money. You'd have to replace everything from the ground up, inc wheels, tire's, brakes, axles, springs, frame, master cylinder, etc. And then you'd have a truck that wouldn't be legal to haul what it was capable of hauling.
You really do need to sell that truck and buy a heavier one rated for what you are going to do with it. That will be far, far cheaper and faster to do, and it'll be legal to boot.
I guess it was about twenty years and thirty broken trucks until I got a one ton and I haven't had half ton since. Kinda got used to not working on one twice a week. Miss the thrill of axle coming out on the highway with a load though. Or the time the rear axle broke at the bearing and the wheel/tire passed me. If I want to haul light I use a Crown Vic.
The legality issues with an overloaded truck as stated above are pretty serious. The state in which I reside it's a very serious offense. Not to mention expensive.
If you look in your area for a while you can find an F250/350 pretty reasonable. That's what I had to do as well. Kinda stinks waiting but you get what you really need and want that-a-way.
id really like to keep the body thats on;y got 2 small dents i would do a chassis swap but I've never found a 2 door short bed f250/350 but thanks for the input guys i appreciate it very much!
