Power Fold Mirrors

I bought my 2010 Ford F150 Lariat used with 55000 miles on it back in October. I asked about the mirrors when I bought it because it said on the mirrors themselves that they were power fold but the switch did not say they are power fold. My brother works at this dealership and I know the parts guys, they took my vin and told me that the truck was not spec with power fold mirrors.

The reason I am looking for this option is because the mirror will wiggle from front to back just a little bit and only the drivers side. I was on craigslist and found a mirror with power fold motor in it and all the other options my truck has for 20.00 and took that mirror apart so that I could take mine apart to see if there was anything I could do to tighten the mirror up. Once I figured out how to take apart my mirror I found that I HAVE the power fold motor in both my mirrors so I got a wiring manual and found that my truck has all the options required for the power fold (Memory, heat, tint).

The adjustment power fold switch was only 30.00 so I picked that up thinking that I could just pop that in and have power fold, nope, I am wondering if the driver seat module has something to do with it and if I can have that re flashed to do the power fold or if I have to by a new drivers seat module??

Thanks
Jeremy
