FWIW the bilstein shocks I got came with two different size metal bushings for the lower rear mounts.

The fronts did not however and the lower mount hole on the shock is larger than the factory bolt that anchors it....

I chose to drill the lower mount holes on the truck to 1/2" and use a 1/2" bolt that fit the I.D. of the Bilstein bushing better.

For the cheapest brake pads I usually use Google. For shocks I check both E-Shocks Bilstein Shocks, KW Suspensions and much more: eShocks.com and Shock Warehouse Bilstein - KYB - Rancho - Monroe - Edelbrock Automotive Truck Shocks and Struts - Shockwarehouse.com

I've purchased shocks from both places and they both have excellent customer service, and I couldn't find anyone that beat their prices.
