will the aftermarket exhuast system for a lightning work on an F150 reg cab stepside and would it sound quiet enough not to sound like those blankin! imports.

 

i doubt it... as far as i know the lightning has dual exhaust

 

the lightning does have dual exhaust but I was thinking to get rid of the Y-pipe after the cats.

 

if you did your homework and looked into it far enough than it might work... if you did some fabrication maybe... it should sound pretty good.. depending on what muffler you go for or if you go for one at all but it wont sound like a ricer
