7.3L Tool Set Identification Help Please
Long time lurker (for my '03 4.2 F150) first time poster.
I come to you today with an identification question.
My father in law recently passed and left a shop full of car parts and tools.
Since I am the only mechanically inclined member of the family it is up to me to "deal with" all his (as they say "crap"). Lol.
I have what appears to be some sort of dealership set of tools for the 7.3L turbo diesel.
I know my father in law had a 1999 F250 so him having this makes sense.
I've done some research online already and I think this is a "Ford Rotunda" set of tools. I do not know if that is true or significant.
All the tools have their own part numbers so that is easy enough to research.
It appears as though this is a hodge podge set of tools for the 7.3L.
I think I am missing just a few pieces that would make this tool box a full set. I just have not cross examined the set that closely yet.
So I have two questions:
1) Is there a part number, mfg. number, or dealership tool number that this entire kit is known as?
2) Any idea of the value of a set like this?
- I don't have a 7.3L so I have no need for something like this and I would like to sell it.

Thanks for your input.

This would be most valuable to someone who was rebuilding an engine or had several problems this kit covers.
You could probably get...... $350 - $500 on the right day on e-bay. All depends on what the person bidding has a need for. Your not going to find many who replace the front and rear seals as a DIY'r... But, then again you never know. I would think the Turbo Tool would be more applicable to a site such as this.
A Lot of Ford Dealers Went Under in 08/09 and the several auctioned off their tools.
Good luck.
