Hey guys, deciding whether to upgrade to a set of gt40's... want some more power from the truck come spring time.
What does a used pair go for? I understand regions vary, I'm in NE. Found a few pairs on eBay for $300 to $400 and 100 bucks for shipping, seemed a little steep.
Currently have a mostly stock '80 302 (4bbl intake, headers, 3 inch exhaust). Was told it was an '80 when I bought the engine. Will gt40's bolt right up to an 80' block or will any modifications be needed?
For an engine of that vintage E7's are an upgrade but $300 for GT40s isn't bad if they are ready to bolt on. Both of these heads are a direct bolt-on too.

Thanks for the quick reply!
Would I need different length or stronger pushrods?
