How do you remove the dash pad?

I looked through the how-to sections and didn't see it. Does it just pop off or are there screws underneath somewhere?

I believe these are the same instructions... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-f350-xlt.html its for a F350, Am I right Guys?

That looks like it'll help.i have a switch box I wanna mount to it and run the wires down through it.

It's pretty easy. There are phillips head screws in the defroster vents and along the bottom edge of the pad. Only takes a few minutes to get it off.
