Question for MeatHat
My AC clutch is making excessive noise with the electric fan wired to the ac clutch relay, when it's disconnected the noise goes away. I also have a problem with the intercooler pump not working. We already tested the pump and the temp sensor that tells the pump when to turn on/off. The truck is going to the dealership tonight and hepefully by tomorrow they can find what is wrong with it. I hope to have it back by Friday.

By Friday huh?Well now,ya know what you are gonna be doing at the mod party Saturday;cleaning her up for the rally!
The problem with the ac sounds like you are drawing too much power from the relay for the fans,thus bogging or slowing the clutch down.You might have to have a seperate relay for the fans.I wish ya luck getting her fixed!
