Patch or plug?

I always carry a plug kit in my truck for those flattening situations Although patches are the way to go.

Patch or plug?

Plug when on trail, but patches are better for the long haul.

Patch or plug?

Patches last longer. The experience isn't with our F250, but with the Kenworth and my Grand Prix. Steve got a flat, the tire guy (between jobs) dropped by to plug the tire and told him that hopefully it will make it through a round. It didn't. The tire exploded shaking not only our truck, but the truck in front of us. We have one tire that's been patched for going on 6 months with no problem yet (knock on wood).

Hey, if that tire blows tomorrow, I'm blaming Blue for bringing up the subject.

I've also got a rear tire on my Grand Prix that's had an inner patch on it for going on 3 years now. (Same blame thing if that happens to blow now.) *grin*

IMO - Patch 150% better than Plug......

Patch or plug?

Kids ???? I started to teach mine and it was very trying!!!
So I told them to take their flat tires to bike shop and pay for it themselves. they both did this once and then asked me to show the how to do it (10th time) so I did and now I never here them again ask how or if I can fix it...
