5.4 2v build
Hey guys, so I picked up a 97 5.4l 2v engine with 40k miles on it for 100$. Too sweet of a deal to pas up. I would like to build it and drop it into my 2000 f150 which is my dd. Now I am in somewhat of a dilemma, I don't know whether to go through the pain of a 4v swap or build a strong 2v. I mean it is going to be in a dd so I don't need 400 hp at the crank but I would like a bit more than my 250ish right now. Any opinions are appreciated! Thanks.
