Good morning Chris and Dave!
I would have to guess Dave that the owners are probably city people that named it a supper club to help draw in more people! Otherwise all those people looking to eat supper would drive right on by without stopping! Haha The other option is city people are confused so without lunch and dinner spelled out for them they would drive by without stopping. Lol It really is a win win!

All I got outta that is country folks make stuff way to hard! A guy just wants to eat. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Supper just sounds like a guy had a super meal but didn't know how to spell!
